The scope included a building expansion of the machine assembly area and additional space for administrative offices to add just under 30,000 sf to their current facility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Telamon\u2019s flexibility and adaptability proved instrumental in navigating through some tough project obstacles. Weather was problematic from the start of the project as Telamon battled exceedingly wet and muddy conditions during a stretch of unseasonably warm weather in the winter. Telamon\u2019s self-performing capabilities played a significant role in maintaining the project\u2019s momentum when building foundation work became challenging with many areas requiring re-excavation due to the unfavorable site conditions. In addition, electrical panel gear lead times posed a potential threat to the schedule and in obtaining a certificate of occupancy. This project was fun for our team from the start with a groundbreaking event featuring a robot turning over the first shovel of dirt and many high-profile guests including Governor Mike DeWine.
