After buying a new building to increase production and equipment capabilities, LEWCO hired Telamon to renovate the structure so that it could support its operations. The building was 756,700 sf in total with 413,935 sf being renovated. The owner was in a predicament with regard to their current operations and needed a timely move to the new facility so that they could increase production. The scope of work was ever-evolving as the owner decided that other portions of the building required renovation after the original contracted work was completed. This required immense amounts of communication and coordination with the owner to ensure that further construction could be completed without infringing on LEWCO\u2019s production.<\/p>\n
Telamon worked closely with their design partners to present multiple design and budget options and assist the owner with making sound decisions that would optimize the building for both current and future operations. Due to the structure’s age along with construction cost and past abuses, some construction methods were difficult to execute, however, Telamon\u2019s exceptional team was able to easily overcome this issue and continue with the renovation.
