Carpenter/Laborer

Telamon Construction is seeking entry-level carpenters and laborers. All levels of construction experience will be considered, and we are willing to train the interested candidates.

Utilize standard carpentry hand tools and power tools such as tape measure, speed square, hammer, skill saw, Sawzall, hammer drill, etc.
Measuring distance and marking guidelines on working surfaces in preparation for laying out work.
Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly.
Requires ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolds/ladders.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and may be required to work in adverse weather conditions.
Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
Requires manual dexterity as work may require, standing, bending, kneeling, and/or sitting for long periods of time.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Must have a valid driver's license and transportation to and from the job site.

This is a full-time position. Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 – $22.00 per hour. Must be 18 years of age.
